         I bet that every one of us have heard this quote many times in our lifetime. What does this quote really mean? Does his simply means that someone who gets enough sleep and starts work early in the day will have a successful life. Is starting work early the ultimate goal in life? There is a way to begin your day with purpose and energy, a pattern that will allow you to accomplish more while also improving your mental and physical health. Our brain chemistry is different in the early morning. The prefrontal cortex of the brain, or the part of you that worries or analyses things over and over, is temporarily turned off during the peaceful early hours. You can meditate at any time of day or night, but studies show that the best time is first thing in the morning. When your mind is free and clear before the stresses of the day have crept in, the benefits of meditation are enhanced. When one is able to own these vital hours of their early morning, it influences their whole day in a positive way.

How does early morning meditation benefits one:-

It sets the tone for the rest of the day :- Helps one get a much better start to the day. That sense of calm and control doesn’t last just for the morning. It persists throughout the rest of one’s day.

It provides us more energy:– Meditation produces endorphins, which are not only beneficial to your emotional well-being. They also provide a boost of energy. Morning meditation helps us stay awake and alert.

It improves concentration:- Having a few minutes of silence and stillness in the morning allows our subconscious mind to do good work behind the scenes, which means we start each day with a clear focus on what our priorities should be. These helps to maximize my productivity.

It gives a general feeling of well-being. Our approach towards challenges will eventually change. The force of divinity within helps look at challenges as opportunities and provide a greater feelings
