Magical Miracle – By Sister Sutha Veeraiah

Dear readers, I am glad to pen down my thoughts and share them with you through this channel. I first met Baghvan Sri Sadhguru Vishwatmak Om Gurudev in 2008. I took my first fasting then. 13 years down the lane I have experienced many blessings and divine intervention by Baghvan in my life. I would like to share one thing in this write up, how I am managing my Rheumatoid Arthritis with the help of Baghvan’s grace. I was diagnosed with Auto Immune Disorder in 2007. Very often I would be hospitalized, and various tests will be done and finally the RA was diagnosed in 2014. To be honest during this period, I did not practice my meditation as disciplined as I am now. Doctors would often put me on long term steroids which me and my body would not tolerate. It felt like I was in different dimension. In 2018, it was during Thaipusam I finished prayers and returned home, everything was normal except for slight body aches which I thought that it is due to the long walk. I went to bed and when I got up and I could not feel my right leg at all. No feelings nor movements. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. The Rheumatologist I was getting treated by was the best in Malaysia. Thank my soul that I was still under good hands. Physiotherapy treatment started. We were discussing the type of walking aids to be used. By this time, I was a mother of 2 boys. Had a career to progress and off course I didn’t dwell into the WHY ME stage? Many of us tend to dwell into asking why me every time we encounter difficulties. Trust me the solutions are visible the moment we surpass these. Instead of why me off try me to problems and life becomes totally different. God comes in many forms. Some may find God in prayers, rituals and some even in a simple smile. Bhagvan will always send some angels in our life when we need them the most. Brother Nagesh visited me during this time, I must have done some real good deeds for him to be in my life. He meditated and held my hand, aided me to walk and what happen was I did not have senses on right leg, but I could lift my foot to taking small steps. Two days after I was discharged. 3 years from there, I have become a full time vegetarian. I meditate daily and am always chanting my guru mantra. Regular exercises such Yoga and brief walking are definite must. I do go for my checkups to check on the RA markers but I no longer take any sort of steroids, I do admit here are days that I do feel like being on the bed whole day but I fight it out. You restore your forgotten power by walking into the very things that fear you. The change in lifestyle was the key point for my survival here. Cleansing of the body is done through fasting and limiting the food we consume. With the lockdown we have all developed a serious relationship with food but perhaps the one month fasting will at least compensate it to a certain extend. Meditation feeds your soul the same way the food works for body. Our mental health is the outmost priority to us. We got to guard our garden of thoughts from toxicity. It is ok to keep the circle of people around us small, just ensure that they are positive minds that lifts us up. The truth is that every difficult event you've had, every poisonous person you’ve met, and all the challenges you've gone through have all been excellent preparation for you to become the person you are now. Baghvan preaches these key elements that benefits in amazing ways that can only be experienced and not worded even in today’s world where there a hundred of pseudo guru who manipulates the truth. The God in us guides and protects us miraculously. Everything needed to live prolific and great life is already within us. Have a blessed and joyful Guru Purnima, celebrate life by. celebrating your SOUL!!!
